Arnie was most recently the VP & CFO of VendingData Inc, prior to it being acquired by Elixir Technologies in September 2007. He was instrumental in building the finance team and working on several M&A transactions that helped to transform the company. Previously, he was the VP & CFO at Virtgame Inc, a gaming software company that was acquired by PGIC in October 2005. Arnie was also the Corporate Finance Director at NCR Corporation and NCR's Europe and Asia Treasury Director from 1997-2002. He served in a similar capacity for AT&T and Lucent Technologies during a 5 year stint in Hong Kong where he managed all Asia Pacific treasury operations including eight joint ventures in China and three in India. Mr. Galassi graduated from Ursinus College (PA) and received his MBA from Rutgers University.
